                                   Refund Policy  

Refund Policy

No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA number. We must receive your return within 14 days of issuing your RMA number. Returns received after this period may be refused and returned to you at owners expense, with no credit issued.

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Items with any standard certification labels removed, such as UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code, etc.
  • Items or packages with bar code label or UPC removed.
  • Items with a SERIAL NUMBER that does not match the SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice. Please note that all serial and part numbers are kept on file.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: Cracked components or damage.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse.
  • DAMAGED ITEMS: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners/clips or any other signs that item has been disassembled.
  • SUBSTITUTES: Whole units, parts, internal components. We specifically watch for attempts at substitution.

All Returned Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Abandoned iPods

We will make several attempts to contact you with a repair quote. If we do not receive any contact from you for 90 days, your iPod will be considered abandoned.
